摘要 以某金属矿山通风系统为研究对象,针对其通风系统存在风量分配不均衡、风量调节困难、通风效果差等一系列问题,借助三维矿井通风动态仿真软件iVent进行优化改造:(1)在矿井通风阻力测定的基础上,借助三维矿井通风动态仿真软件iVent模拟矿井实况,分析得出该通风系统存在风量分配不均、风流方向不合理、巷道风流超速以及循环风路等问题;(2)运用辅扇、通风构筑物等通风设备,调节通风系统内各水平风量,改变风流方向的不合理以及缩小循环风路的影响;(3)提出两种切实可行的优化方案,并对两方案进行经济与技术合理性分析,最终得出方案二为最优方案.结果表明:优选方案二能使该通风系统更具有安全性、稳定性以及可靠性,确保矿山的高效开采与生产. Taking the ventilation system of a metal mine as the research target,aiming at a series of problems existing in the ventilation system,such as unbalanced air quantity distribution,difficult air quantity adjustment,poor ventilation effect,the optimization and reconstruction was carried out with the help of three-dimensional mine ventilation dynamic simulation software,that is,iVent.The contents are as follows:(1)Based on the measurement of mine ventilation resistance,the three-dimensional mine ventilation dynamic simulation software,that is,iVent was used to simulate the actual situation of the mine,and the problems of unbalanced air quantity distribution,incorrect air flow direction,overspeed air flow in the tunnel roadway and circulating air path existed in the ventilation system were analyzed;(2)Using auxiliary fan,ventilation structure and other ventilation equipment to adjust air quantity of each level in the ventilation system,change the incorrect direction of air flow and reduce the influence of circulating air path;(3)Two feasible optimization schemes are put forward,and the economic and technical rationality of the two schemes are analyzed.Finally,the second scheme is the optimal one.The results show that the second optimization scheme can make the ventilation system more safe,stable and reliable,and ensure the efficient mining and production of the mine.
