Clinical manifestations of one case of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis

选取明确诊断抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎患者1例作为研究对象,描述病程中的临床表现、诊疗思路及相应的检查结果。患者明确诊断后,调整治疗方案最终好转出院。ANCA相关性血管炎表现多样化,临床诊疗中应时刻警惕。

A case with confirmed anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)associated vasculitis was selected as the research object,and the paper provided the clinical manifestations during the course of the disease,diagnosis and treatment ideas and corresponding examination results.After the patient was diagnosed,the treatment plan was adjusted and finally the patient was discharged from hospital.The manifestations of ANCA-associated vasculitis are diverse and we should pay attention to these manifestations in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
