摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床表现以肺部症状为主,但患者也可表现出心肌损伤、心律失常、心脏骤停、心力衰竭等一系列心血管系统症状,其中以伴血清肌钙蛋白升高的心肌损伤最为常见。心血管系统的并发症对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的预后有着显著影响。本综述结合当前研究进展,对新型冠状病毒肺炎所致心血管系统损伤的机制、临床表现进行总结并提出治疗建议。
The primary clinical manifestation of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is pulmonary symptoms,but clinical studies show that patients with COVID-19 can also show a series of cardiovascular symptoms such as myocardial injury,arrhythmia,cardiac arrest and heart failure,among which myocardial injury with elevated serum troponin is the most common.At the same time,cardiovascular complications have a significant impact on the prognosis of COVID-19 patients.In this review,we provided an overview of the mechanism and manifestations of cardiovascular injury caused by COVID-19 based on recent research advances,and provided suggestions for the treatment of patients with cardiovascular complications.
