新时代下推进档案信息化建设的路径探索

A Probe into the Path of Promoting the Constructionof Archives Informatization in the New Era

2021年《中华人民共和国档案法》和《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》实施后,我国档案管理事业步入新的发展阶段,档案信息化建设被提到新的高度。本文从新时代背景下档案信息化建设的重要性和必要性出发,围绕重视程度、标准体系、专业技术、服务共享等方面分析了档案信息化建设过程中存在的问题,并以问题为导向提出了制度化推进、标准化建设、专业化提升、开放化共享的建设意见。

In 2021,after the implementation of the Archives Law of the People s Republic of China and the 14th Five-year Plan for the Development of National Archives,China s archives management has stepped into a new stage of development,and the construction of archives informatization has been raised to a new height.Based on the importance and necessity of archival information construction in the new era,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of archival informatization construction from the aspects of emphasis,standard system,professional technology and service sharing,and puts forward suggestions on institutionalization advance,standardization construction,specialization promotion,openness and sharing.
