井下仪器数字样机半实物仿真分析

摘要 建立了随钻地层测压取样仪数字样机,进行了半实物仿真分析,解决了井下仪器研发周期长、设计难度大等问题。井下仪器数字样机半实物仿真基于西门子机电一体化设计平台(MCD),结合西门子全集成自动化软件编程平台博途(TIA Portal)共同实现。通过西门子通用设计软件NX MCD完成数字样机的快速设计,并根据井下仪器的实际控制运动过程,在MCD中快速完成样机的机电以及控制特性设计。结合博途(TIA Portal)系统的同步机制,实现了自动化平台与数字样机的快速集成、通讯控制、自动同步,并实现了MCD与可编程逻辑控制器的数据快速交换。与传统视窗控制中心相比,其仿真效果更清晰、更直观、更便捷,大大缩短了产品设计周期。 By establishing the digital prototype of Instant Formation Sample Analysis(IFSA)and conducting semi-physical simulation analysis,the problems of long development cycle of downhole tools and difficulty in design were solved.The semi-physical simulation analysis of digital prototype of the downhole tool was based on Siemens’mechatronics concept designer(MCD)and realized with the combination of Siemens’fully integrated automation software programming platform(TIA Portal).The rapid design of the digital prototype was completed through the Siemens’general design software NX MCD.According to the actual control movement process of the downhole instrument,the design of electromechanical system and control characteristics of the prototype were quickly completed in the MCD.Combined with the synchronization mechanism of the TIA Portal system,the automation platform and the digital prototype realized rapid integration,communication control and automatic synchronization,which quickly realized the data exchange between MCD and programmable logic controller(PLC).Compared with traditional Windows control center simulation,it is clearer,more intuitive,more convenient,and greatly reduces the design cycle of the product.
