摘要
为了可靠驱动随钻地层测压仪器中的电磁阀,应用厚膜技术设计了一种高温电磁阀驱动电路。该电路将微控制器、驱动电路等集成于陶瓷基板上,具有高度集成、高可靠性、抗震性能优异等特点,可稳定工作于175℃环境。在随钻测压仪器的多次实井作业中,该电路性能表现良好。
In order to reliably drive the solenoid valve in the formation pressure measurement instrument while drilling,a high-temperature solenoid valve drive circuit is designed using thick film technology.Integrating microcontroller,drive circuit,etc.on a ceramic substrate,the circuit has the advantages of high integration,high reliability,and excellent shock resistance,and can work stably in the environment of 175℃.In multiple actual well operations of the pressure measurement instrument while drilling tool,the circuit shows good performance.
