摘要
首先介绍了电厂汽轮机冷端优化的必要性,从冷端系统的基本构成和原理出发,阐述了双背压凝汽器优化的节能降耗的能力。最后,针对某机组凝汽器面积明显小于同地区同类型机组,背压明显偏高,严重影响机组经济性的问题,应用冷端优化技术后节能效果显著做了详细阐述。提出的节能方法可为其它同类机组借鉴。
With the continuous deepening of the country's energy saving and emission reduction work,the application of steam turbine cold end optimization technology in power plants is increasing.First,this paper introduces the necessity of the cold endoptimization of the steam turbine in power plant.From the basic structure and principle of the cold end system,the energy saving and consumption reduction ability ofdual-pressure condenser optimization is expounded.Finally,in view of the obvious lower condenser area in some power plant than the same type units in the same area,the back pressure is obviously high,which seriously affects the economy of the unit,and the energy saving effect of the cold end optimization technique is expounded in detail.Therefore,these measuresare of significance to similar generating units.
