历史嬗变与路径重构:我国高等教育质量保障体系百年演进探究

Historical Evolution and Pathway Reconstruction:On the Evolution of China’s Higher Education Quality Assurance System in the Past Century

自中国共产党成立至今,我国高等教育质量保障体系大致经历了起步发展、曲折过渡、调整规范和新时代发展四个历史阶段。基于此,运用历史制度主义的分析框架,进一步探寻建党百年来我国高等教育质量保障体系演进的深层结构、路径依赖与动力机制。站在中国共产党成立一百年的历史节点上,未来我国高等教育质量保障体系的发展需充分把握制度变迁的历史关键期,在找寻关键节点的同时注重选择恰当的发展路径,协调正式制度与非正式制度共同发挥理念引领的作用,切实推动我国高等教育质量保障体系的路径重构,实现人才培养质量的提升。

In the past century since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the higher education quality assurance system in China has roughly gone through four historical stages:initial development,transitional twists and turns,adjustment and standardization as well as development in the new era.Based on this,by using the analytical framework of historical institutionalism,this paper further explores the deep structure,pathway dependence and dynamic mechanism of the evolution of higher education quality assurance system in the past century since the founding of CCP.Standing at the historical node of the 100th anniversary of the founding of CCP,as regards the future development of China’s higher education quality assurance system,we should fully grasp the historical critical period of institutional change and pay attention to choosing the appropriate development pathway while seeking the key node,coordinating the formal and the informal system to play the role of guiding the concept so as to effectively promote the quality of China’s higher education system path reconstruction and to achieve the talent training quality.
