高校党群服务中心建设路径分析——以新公共服务理论为分析视角

On the Construction Path of the Party-mass Service Center in Colleges and Universities——Analyzing from the Perspective of New Public Service Theory

从“新公共服务理论”的视角,分析发现高校党群服务中心建设存在着定位不够准确、特色亮点不够明显和服务效能有待提高等不足。为此,应以政治建设为统领,强化党群服务中心的政治属性;以服务师生为根本,提升党群服务中心的办事效能;以共建共享为关键,完善党群服务中心的运行机制,以实现高校党群服务中心为师生提供优质、高效、便捷的智慧服务的建设目标。

From the perspective of“new public service theory”,the paper analyzes and finds that the construction of Party-mass service center in colleges and universities is not accurate in positioning,not clear enough in features and highlights and not high enough in service efficiency.Therefore,we should take political construction as the leading role and strengthen the political attribute of the Party-mass service center;improve its efficiency to serve teachers and students as the basis;improve its operation mechanismwith the key to build and share,and realize the construction goal of providing high-quality,efficient and convenient intelligent service for teachers and students.
