湖州市生活性服务业高质量发展对策研究

A Study on Countermeasures for High-quality Development of Consumer Services in Huzhou

生活性服务业的发展与人民群众的生活息息相关。本项目通过资料统计分析和实地调研,发现湖州市生活性服务业发展速度较快,且正在推动数字化转型,但还存在结构不合理、政策环境不健全、数字化水平不高、领军企业较少、人才缺乏等问题。因此,湖州市生活性服务业要想得到高质量发展,就必须加强顶层设计,优化产业发展环境;以数字生活城市建设为契机,促使生活性服务业企业转型升级;依托地方特色,打造生活性服务业领军企业;加强人才培养,为行业发展提供人才保障。

The development of consumer service industry is closely related to people’s life.Through data statistical analysis and field research,it is found that the development of consumer service industry in Huzhou is fast,and is promoting the digital transformation.But there are still some problems,such as unreasonable structure,imperfect policy environment,low digital level,less leading enterprises,lack of talents and so on.Therefore,in order to get high-quality development of consumer service industry in Huzhou,we must strengthen the top-level design and optimize the development environment;take the construction of digital life city as an opportunity to promote the transformation and upgrading of consumer service enterprises;relying on local characteristics,to build leading enterprises of consumer service industry;strengthen personnel training to provide talent guarantee for the development of the industry.
