双分梳转杯纺棉麻混纺纱工艺优化探析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决传统单分梳辊转杯纺纱机在开发性能差异较大的纤维混纺纱时,存在不能兼顾两种纤维分梳效果问题,利用双分梳转杯纺技术,通过正交试验研究双分梳转杯纺的最优工艺组合,对比单双分梳技术纺制开发棉麻混纺纱的差异;以纺制混纺比为70/30、捻度为800捻/m的60 tex棉麻混纺纱为例,以双分梳辊配置组合及左、右分梳辊转速3个因素进行正交优化设计,得出最优工艺组合即分梳辊配置为OK40(梳棉)+OK61(梳麻),转速均为7 kr/min。指出:双分梳转杯纺纱机在开发细号、高混纺比棉麻混纺纱时性能优于传统单分梳技术;双分梳棉麻混纺纱大麻纤维的极限混纺比为40/60,较单分梳大麻混纺比例提高100%,极限纱号为30 tex,较单分梳提高1倍。 In order to solve the problem that the traditional single-carding rotor spinning machine cannot satisfy the carding effect of two kinds of fibers at the same time in developing blended yarns with different performance,using double-carding rotor spinning technique,the optimal process combination of the double-carding rotor spinning is studied through orthogonal experiment,and the difference of developing cotton and hemp blended yarn using the single and double carding rotor spinning technology are compared.Taking the spinning of 60 tex cotton and hemp blended yarn with a blending ratio of 70/30 and a twist of 800 t/m as an example,the orthogonal optimization design is carried out by three factors:the configuration of the two carding rollers and the speed of the left and right carding rollers.The optimal parameter combination is that the carding rollers are OK40(carding cotton)+OK61(carding hemp)and the speed is 7 kr/min.It is pointed out that the performance of the double carding rotor spinning machine is superior to the traditional single carding technology in developing cotton and hemp blended yarn with fine size and high blending ratio.The limit blending ratio of cotton and hemp blended yarn is 40/60 in double-carding,which is 100%higher than that in single-carding.The limit of yarn density is 30 tex,which is one time higher than that in single-carding.
