为了提高喷气织机性能,降低故障,提高织机效率,介绍弹性环联轴器的结构与性能,并对联轴器传动部分重要参数进行计算,从弹性环联轴器橡胶安装精度和橡胶体的质量缺陷分析联轴器损坏的主要原因。指出:根据用途和工况结合规格对联轴器进行科学选型,做到安装准确和定期维护,可使喷气织机的维修次数减少,织造效率提升,备件、维修和人工成本大幅降低。

In order to improve the performance of air-jet loom,reduce the failure and improve the efficiency of the loom,the structure and performance of the elastic ring coupling are introduced,and some important parameters of the transmission of the elastic ring coupling are calculated.The main reasons for the damage of the elastic ring coupling are analyzed from the accuracy of the rubber installation and the quality flaw of the rubber body.It is pointed out that the scientific selection of coupling according to the use,working condition and specifications,accurate installation and regular maintenance can reduce the maintenance times of air-jet loom,improve the weaving efficiency and greatly reduce the cost of spare parts,maintenance and labor.
