集聚赛络纺前区压力棒的选型

摘要 为了在改造后的环锭细纱机上纺好集聚赛络纱,分析使用圆形压力棒、水滴形压力棒对半精梳环锭纺纯棉14.6 tex纱纤维排列及质量指标的影响,对比正常状态与异常状态下精梳集聚赛络纺14.6 tex纱指标。结果表明:当环锭纺改造成集聚赛络纺后、前区隔距小于17.0 mm时,应将水滴形压力棒更换为圆形压力棒,以减小对纤维的控制;应根据集聚赛络纺异型管的不同,选择或定制有合适缺口厚度的前区压力棒隔距块。 In order to spin compact-siro spinning yarn well on the modified ring spinning frame,the effects of the use of circular pressure bar and drop shaped pressure bar on the fiber arrangement and quality index of semi-combed ring spinning 14.6 tex cotton yarn are analyzed,and the indexes of the combed compact-siro spinning 14.6 tex yarn under normal and abnormal conditions are compared.The results show that when the ring spinning is transformed into the compact-siro spinning,and the gauge in the front area is less than 17.0 mm,the drop shaped pressure bar should be replaced with the circular pressure bar to reduce the control of the fiber.The front pressure bar spacer with appropriate notch thickness should be selected or customized according to different types of compact-siro spinning special pipe.
