酒旅融合助推乡村振兴:动力因素、实现路径及保障体系——以贵州茅台镇为例

A research on the integration of liquor and tourismindustry promotes rural revitalization:dynamic factors,realization paths and guarantee systems——Taking Maotai Town in Guizhou province as an example

乡村振兴战略是新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手,产业融合是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。贵州仁怀市以茅台酒为引领,以茅台镇为核心,将白酒工业发展与旅游产业发展深度融合,探索出“以酒促旅,以旅兴酒”模式多业态发展,助推乡村振兴之路。通过对贵州茅台镇进行实地调研,发现酒旅融合发展助推乡村振兴的动力因素主要有产业发展、文化优势、城乡融合和设施建设,从实现产业、文化、生态、人才、组织全面振兴的角度探索酒旅融合发展助推乡村振兴的路径,从政策、机制、资金、人才方面构建酒旅融合助推乡村振兴的保障体系,为我国西部地区城镇反哺农村,工业反哺农业,三产融合发展,县域经济助力乡村振兴,提供现实依据。

The strategy of rural revitalization is the general starting point for doing a good job of the "three rural issues" in the new era,and industrial integration is an important way to achieve rural revitalization.WithMaotai liquor as the guide andMaotai town as the core,Renhuai City in Guizhou province deeply integrates the development of the liquor industry and the development of the tourismindustry,and explores the mode of “promoting travel by liquor and promoting liquor by travel”.Through field research on Maotai Town inGuizhou province , the study finds that the driving factors for the integrated development of liquor and tourismto promote rural revitalizationare industrial development, cultural advantages, urban-rural integration and facility construction.The research explores the pathof integrated development of liquor and tourismto promote rural revitalization fromthe perspective of realizing the comprehensive revitalizationof industry, culture, ecology, talents, and organizations. It builds a guarantee systemthat promotes the integration of liquor,tourismand rural areas in terms of policies, mechanisms, funds and talents.It provides a realistic basis for towns in the west of China tofeed the countryside, industry to feed agriculture, the integration of the three industries, and the county economy to help the rural revitalization.
