渝东南民族地区留守儿童家校共育存在的问题与对策研究

摘要 留守儿童这一群体的出现是我国经济社会快速发展与城乡发展不均衡的现实反映。近年来,留守儿童的教育问题引起社会各界广泛关注,而家校共育也是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。渝东南是重庆少数民族聚居区,拥有丰富的民族文化资源与非物质文化遗产。文章指出在中小学校开设民族文化兴趣班,有利于激发留守儿童创新思维,培养留守儿童的民族情感与家国情怀,同时,家长重视家庭教育,任课教师与班主任多关注留守儿童,则有利于助推家校合作的制度化建设,提高家校共育成效。 The emergence of left-behind children is a realistic reflection of China's rapid economic and social development and the imbalance between urban and rural development.In recent years,the education of left-behind children has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life,and home-cum-school education is also one of the effective ways to solve this problem.Southeast of Chongqing is an area inhabited by ethnic minorities,which is rich in national cultural resources and intangible cultural heritage.The article points out that setting up national cultural interest classes in primary and secondary schools is helpful to stimulate the innovative thinking of left-behind children and cultivate the national and national feelings of left-behind children.At the same time,parents attach importance to family education,and teachers and head teachers pay more attention to left-behind children.It will help to promote the institutionalization of home-school cooperation and improve the effectiveness of home-cum-school education.
