摘要
近年来,新能源市场竞争力不断增强。国内外多家石油公司未雨绸缪,以资本运营为重要手段,以关联油气产业、关注长远发展和投资回报为重要原则,拓展新能源业务领域及规模,加快公司能源转型进程,取得了显著效果。通过以资本运营方式推动石油公司新能源发展为主线,在研究国际石油公司发展新能源业务的主要做法及资本运营优势的基础上,深入分析BP和中石化两大石油公司新能源业务发展现状。研究发现,中国的石油公司从事新能源相关业务时间较短,尚未形成系统的新能源发展战略。应通过加强组织机构设置专业化,运作模式灵活化,业绩考核特殊化,投资计划常态化,人才培养专业化等措施,促进新能源业务发展。
In recent years,new energy has become the fastest growing energy source in the world,its market power has been continuously enhanced.Many domestic and foreign oil companies have grasped industry development trends and opportunities in time.These oil companies use capital operations as an important instrument,focus on oil and gas business and their long-term vision,as well as return on investment,expanding the depth and breadth of new energy business,accelerating the companies’energy transformation process,a significant number of results have been achieved.By examine how oil companies such as BP and Sinopec develop their new energy business through capital operation,it can be found that in the new energy field,China’s oil giants has no systematic strategies due to lack of experiences.Which means they need to improve their organization,operation mode,performance assessment,as well as investment planning and human resourcing to ensure the prosperity of new energy business.
