Study on ignition and detonation characteristics of combustible gas under high temperature and high pressure environment

摘要 在注气驱油的过程中,井筒中的伴生气可能导致油井发生燃爆事故,造成生产井和注入井的关停。针对高温高压环境下可燃气体燃爆特性研究不足的问题,以井筒伴生气中的可燃气体为研究对象,测试了压力1~30 MPa,温度40~120℃条件下可燃气体的爆炸极限,根据数据分布规律和量纲齐次定理对爆炸极限数值进行多元非线性曲面拟合。结果表明,实验值与理论值相差较大,在实验条件下,随着初始温度、压力的升高,爆炸上限增大,爆炸下限减小,爆炸极限的范围更宽,从3.51%~13.44%扩大到1.3%~40.2%,燃爆特性大幅上升。研究结果可为注气驱油的过程中可燃气体安全防护提供理论依据和实际参考。 In the process of gas injection and oil displacement,unreacted oxygen in the formation mixes with associated gas in crude oil to form combustible gas,which may cause combustion and explosion in the compression system,gathering and transportation pipe network and wellbore.Aiming at the problem of insufficient research on the explosion characteristics of combustible gas in high temperature and high pressure environment,the explosion limit of combustible gas was tested under the conditions of pressure 1–30 MPa and temperature 40–120℃,and the multivariate nonlinear curved surface fitting was performed according to the data distribution and the dimensional homogeneous theorem.The results show that the experimental values differ greatly from the theoretical values.Under the experimental conditions,with the increase of initial temperature and pressure,the upper limit of explosion increases,the lower limit of explosion decreases,and the range of explosion limit is wider,from 3.51%–13.44%to 1.3%–40.2%,and the ignition and explosion characteristics increase significantly.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the safety protection of combustible gas.
