摘要
某钒钛磁铁矿一段闭路磨分系统采用传统锥角旋流器进行分级时,存在沉砂嘴排矿易拉杆或堵塞、旋流器溢流跑粗、沉砂夹细量高、循环负荷高等问题,针对以上问题采用大直径平底旋流器进行了分级工业试验研究。研究结果表明:大直径平底旋流器的应用使底流排料更顺畅,溢流中大颗粒含量、沉砂夹细以及循环负荷均得到降低,其分级效果显著优于目前旋流器,同时磨机处理能力得到提高,在钒钛磁铁矿一段磨分工艺中具有推广应用价值。
In one stage closed circuit grinding system of one vanadium-titanium magnetite,when classification was carried out by traditional taper angle hydrocyclone,the problems that ore discharge from underflow exit was easy to pull rod and block,the coarse size ore was easy to be discharged at hydrocyclone overflow,the sinking sand had high fine sand content,the cycle load was high and so on,according to the above mentioned problems,the large diameter flat-bottomed cyclone was adopted for classification industrial test study.Study results show:with the application of large diameter flat-bottomed cyclone,the underflow material discharge is more smooth,the large size particles in overflow,fine sand content in sinking sand and the cycle load were decreased,the classification effect obviously better than the cyclone currently in use,at the same time,the processing capacity of grinding machine is improved,which has wide promotion and application value for one stage grinding process of vanadium-titanium magnetite.
