摘要 为了确定和评估地方标准DB53/T 898-2018《煤中锗含量的测定原子荧光光谱法》的准确度,组织了6家实验室对4个浓度水平的样品进行了协同评定试验,采用曼德尔h/k统计分析、科克伦检验、格拉布斯检验对测定结果的一致性和离群值进行了检验,建立了精密度值与样品浓度水平的函数关系,计算了重复性限、再现性限、实验室偏倚和测量方法偏倚,并用2个国家有证标准物质对方法的正确度进行评估,结果理想。 In order to confirm and evaluate accuracy of the local standard DB53/T 898-2018 Determination of Germanium Content in Coal by Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy,the collaborative evaluation test was carried out by 6 labs for samples with 4 concentration levels,and the uniformity and outliers of testing results were verified by Mandel h/k statistical analysis,Cochran’s test,Grubbs'test,the functional relationship of precision degree value and sample concentration was established,the repeatability limits,reproducibility limits,lab bias and measurement method bias was calculated,and 2 national certified standard substances were used for accuracy evaluation,the results were good.
