摘要 为提高经济技术指标、降低生产过程能耗,针对工艺、物料、设备控制等方面存在的问题,在传统降低阳极效应系数、提高阳极质量、降低电解温度等方式已没有节能降耗空间的现状下,研究铝电解保温及降低电耗的综合节能技术,采取了对筑炉方式及设备的科学优化改造方式,取得了降低电耗、减少职工劳动强度的实际效果。 Process,material,equipment control and other aspects of aluminum reduction cell should be controlled in order to improve economic and technical indicators,to reduce energy consumption of production process.There's no more room for energy saving and consumption reduction of traditional ways that reducing the anode effect coefficient,improving anode quality,reducing electrolysis temperature and so on.Our company studied the comprehensive energy-saving technology that insulation of aluminum electrolysis for reducing power consumption,and we adopted the methods that scientific optimization of furnace building,equipment upgrading and so on.We obtained the actual effect that reducing the power consumption and labor intensity.
