摘要
介绍了磨机电气控制系统的原理和组成,为保证磨机的安全平稳运行,针对电气控制系统中关键变量连锁不全、信号元件配置不当、传感器安装不当以及控制系统数据通信不全等问题,进行了全面的分析和总结,提出了元件优化、调整连锁程序段、增加数据通信等优化措施,实施后可进一步完备磨机电气控制系统的功能,增加磨机本质化安全水平。
The principle and composition of electrical control system of ball mill is introduced.In order to guarantee the safe and smooth operation of ball mill,the problems of the electrical control system was analyzed and summarized comprehensively,such as incomplete chain of critical variable,improper configuration of signal element,improper installation of sensor and incomplete data communication of control system and so on,therefore,it is proposed optimization measures,such as component optimization,chain segment adjustment,increasing data communication and so on,so the function of electrical control system can be improved furtherly,the essential safety level of ball mill can be increased.
