人口老龄化问题是世界各国人口发展的大趋势,也是我国经济社会发展面临的严峻挑战。预计“十四五”期间,我国即将迈入中度老龄化阶段,在2035年前后或将进入重度老龄化阶段。随着人口老龄化程度的不断加深,我国经济运行全领域、社会建设各环节、社会文化多方面都将受到深远影响。分析沈阳市人口老龄化现状和面临的严峻形势,在此基础上,从加强顶层设计、深化体制机制改革、推进服务模式创新等方面提出对策建议。

The problem of population aging has become a major trend of population development in the world.In china,It also become a severe challenge of economic and social development.It is estimated that,during the"14 th five year plan"period,China’s population will soon enter the stage of moderate aging,or will enter the stage of severe aging around 2035.With the increasing aging of the population,China’s all aspects of economic operation,social construction and cultural will be far-reaching impact.Analysing the severe situation of population aging in Shenyang.On this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from Strengthen the top-level design,deepen the reform of system and mechanism,and innovate the service mode.
