COVID-19 Pandemic:Philosophical Reflections from the Perspective of Ecological Holism

生态整体主义哲学立足于生态整体论,从生态整体主义维度对人与自然关系进行哲学反思,重新构建基于生态整体主义哲学维度的生态世界观和生态方法论。生态整体主义哲学的深层意蕴是对人的指向性,在人类对美好生活向往的生态背景中,这一“最大的善”以生态整体主义为核心,以土地伦理为内在价值,以功利主义为外在路径,寻找一条全新的个人之道、人类共同体之道与大自然之道。2020年初以来新冠肺炎疫情在全球肆虐,其深层根源在于人类对个人利益与集体利益之间关系的处理极为对立、紧迫,人类利益与自然利益之间关系冲突异常严峻,深度缺乏对最大的善的自觉追求。从生态整体主义哲学维度审视,并基于功利主义与土地伦理的学理基点,唯有有序推进人类整体利益的自觉觉醒,有机推进自然内在价值的积极改善,有效推进生态环境伦理的深度完善,才有可能真正完成生态保护的哲学准备。中国政府在抗疫斗争中以雷霆手段和科学施策以及后续的政策法律中无不彰显着最大的善,自觉注重对人类与自然界整体利益与根本利益的有序保障,深度体现出生态整体主义哲学思维方式与价值取向,充分展现了中国精神、中国力量和中国担当。

Philosophy of ecological holism is philosophical reflection on the relationship between man and nature from the perspective of holism to reconstruct an ecological world outlook and an ecological methodology based on the philosophical dimension of ecological holism.Ecological holism has guiding significance for human behaviors.Under the ecological background of yearning for a better life,the“extreme benevolence”,human beings take the ecological holism as the core,the land ethics as the intrinsic value and utilitarianism as the path to pursue a new way of individual growth,human community development and understanding nature.Since the beginning of 2020,the Covid-19 epidemic has raged around the world.The deep root of it lies in the extremely urgent opposition between individual interests and collective interests,the extremely severe conflict between human interests and natural interests,and the lack of conscious pursuit of the extreme benevolence at a deep level.Seen from the perspective of ecological philosophy,utilitarianism and land ethics,the philosophical preparation for ecological protection can be completed only by orderly promoting the consciousness awakening of the overall interests of human beings,organically promoting the positive improvement of the intrinsic value of nature and effectively promoting the in-depth perfection of ecological environmental ethics.In the fight against the epidemic,the Chinese government has taken drastic and scientific measures,which,as well as the subsequent policies and laws,has manifested the extreme benevolence.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the protection of overall and fundamental interests during the anti-epidemic process,reflecting the mentality and value orientation of ecological holism,which is a full demonstration of China’s spirit,strength and responsibility.
