摘要
1例对苯二氮[艹卓]类(BZD)依赖的老年抑郁症患者因复发抑郁住院,临床药师参与此患者治疗方案、疗效评估、不良反应鉴定及用药宣教等药学监护,最终大幅度减少苯二氮[艹卓]类的用药剂量,提高其用药安全性、依从性和有效性。
A benzodiazepines("BZD")dependent elderly was hospitalized for recurrent depression.During the hospitalization,the clinical pharmacists participated in the patient's treatment regimen,efficacy evaluation,adverse reaction identification and medication education.Ultimately,the benzodiazepines dosage was significantly reduced with the improvement of the patient's medication safety,compliance and effectiveness.
