加氢反应中铜基催化剂表面活性中心研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 铜基催化剂作为非均相加氢反应广泛使用的催化剂,其表面铜活性中心是影响其催化性能的关键,因此,对活性中心的充分认识有利于从理论角度进行催化剂的设计与构建。综述了铜基催化剂活性中心的研究进展,总结了铜基催化剂活性中心的调控方法,包括掺杂助剂、引入载体、优化制备方法等。分析表明,铜基催化剂的活性中心主要包括Cu^(0)、Cu^(+)和Cu^(0)/Cu^(+),当Cu^(0)和Cu^(+)以适当的比例稳定共存时,二者可协同作用使得铜基催化剂具有更加优异的催化性能。未来,随着原位表征、同位素标记等分析技术的不断发展,研究者对铜基催化剂表面活性位及其在加氢反应中催化作用机制的认识会更加深入,这将为铜基催化剂的构筑以及活性中心的调控提供保障。 Copper-based catalysts are widely used in heterogeneous hydrogenation,and the surface copper active center is the key to affect the catalytic performance.Therefore,a full understanding of the active center is conducive to the design and construction of catalysts theoretically.The research progress of the active center of copper-based catalysts was reviewed and the regulation methods of the active center of copper-based catalysts were summarized,including introducing additives and carriers,optimizing preparation methods,etc.The analysis shows that the active center of copper-based catalysts mainly includes Cu^(0),Cu^(+) and Cu^(0)/Cu^(+).When Cu^(0) and Cu^(+) coexist stably in an appropriate proportion,they can cooperate to make copper-based catalysts have better catalytic performance.In the future,with the continuous development of the in-situ characterization technology,isotope labeling technology and other analytical technologies,researchers will have a deeper understanding of the surface active center of copper-based catalysts and the catalyst mechanism in hydrogenation,which will provide a guarantee for the construction of copper-based catalysts and the regulation of the active center.
