烟气CO_(2)捕集吸收剂腐蚀性分析与缓蚀剂开发 被引量:4

Corrosiveness analysis and corrosion inhibitor development of CO_(2) capture absorbent for flue gas

摘要 在化学吸收法中,吸收剂对设备和管材的腐蚀性是影响其应用的重要因素。针对开发的AEP-DPA-ACT相变吸收体系,研究了吸收剂对挂片的腐蚀性能,并合成了MV-1、MV-2和MV-33种咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂。结果表明,恒定工况下,吸收剂对挂片的腐蚀是均匀腐蚀;一定范围内,随着温度升高,溶液腐蚀性显著增强,且有CO_(2)负载时溶液腐蚀性明显强于相同工况下的无CO_(2)负载溶液。对于100℃的无CO_(2)负载溶液和120℃的有CO_(2)负载溶液,在MV-3加入量为1000 mg/L时,缓蚀率达到99%以上,显著降低了腐蚀率。 In chemical absorption,the corrosiveness of absorbent to equipment and pipe is an important factor affecting its application.For the developed AEP-DPA-ACT phase change absorption system,the corrosiveness of the absorbent on the hanging piece was studied,and three imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitors of MV-1,MV-2 and MV-3 were synthesized.The results show that the corrosion of the hanging piece is uniform under constant working conditions.Within a certain range,the corrosiveness of the solution increases significantly with the increase of temperature,and the corrosiveness of the solution with CO_(2) load is obviously stronger than that without CO_(2) load under the same working condition.For 100℃ CO_(2) unloaded solution and 120℃ CO_(2) loaded solution,when the amount of MV-3 is 1000 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition rate is above 99%,and the corrosion rate is significantly reduced.
