对培育新型职业农民的教育思考

Thoughts on the Education of Cultivating New Type Professional Farmers

在时代内涵上,新型职业农民在职业选择上更积极主动,在劳动力要素配置上更经济理性,在培养教育上更具开放性、学习性,在能力素质上更具专业技能。因此,培育新型职业农民,要从优化存量和培养增量两个方面入手。目前应加大对现有农民培训的措施和力度,不断提升农民群体的专业化、职业化、技能化水平和能力,充分发挥教育的育人作用,为新型职业农民群体营造动力与源泉,保证农业、农村建设后继有人。

In terms of the connotation of the times,new professional farmers are more proactive in career choice,more economical and rational in the allocation of labor factors,more open and learning in training and education,and more professional skills in ability and quality.Therefore,to cultivate new professional farmers,we should start from two aspects:optimizing the stock and training increment.At present,we should increase the measures and efforts to train the existing farmers,constantly improve the professional,professional and skilled level and ability of the farmers,give full play to the educational role of education,create a driving force and source for the new professional farmers,and ensure that there are successors in agriculture and rural construction.
