SWOT Analysis and Development Strategy of Community Embedded Elderly Care Model

目前,社区嵌入式养老逐渐形成聚合居家养老、社区养老、机构养老优势等新型养老模式,如何创新其社会化运行机制并解决运行中存在的问题成为该模式发展的关键所在。为此,借助SWOT分析法,对我国社区嵌入式养老模式的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行梳理,并分析其存在的问题,进而结合我国养老环境的实际情况对社区嵌入式养老模式的发展提出有针对性的建议。

At present,community embedded elderly care has gradually become a new elderly care model that integrates the advantages of home care,community care,and institutional care.How to innovate its social operation mechanism and solve the problems in operation has become the key to the development of this model.To this end,with the help of SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the embedded elderly care model in our community are sorted out,and the existing problems are analyzed,and then combined with the actual situation of the elderly care environment in my country,the development of the embedded elderly care model in the community make targeted suggestions.
