摘要
在建筑项目施工作业中,加强进度控制,保证项目施工时也能够按照合同要求来完工,引入PDCA循环,制定出合理工程进度计划,并加强进度计划的执行,对进度执行工作进行跟踪检查评价。文章重点研究了业主单位是如何增强对项目进度的控制,来规避施工作业的风险,并提出合理的整改措施,保证工程项目高品质的完工。
In the construction of building projects,strengthening the schedule control and ensuring that the project can be completed in accordance with the contract requirements,it is necessary to introduce the PDCA cycle,formulate a reasonable project schedule,strengthen the implementation of the schedule,and carry out follow-up inspection and evaluation of the schedule implementation.This article focuses on how the owner unit strengthens the control of the project schedule to avoid the risks of construction operations,and proposes reasonable rectification measures to ensure the high-quality completion of the project.
