Brief Discussion on Basic Framework of Comprehensive Commercial Design of Holding Type and Centralized Monomer Type

城市建设催生的综合商业项目种类,在不同经济条件阶段、不同城市能级背景、不同开发背景等条件下,种类有很多种。笔者从事集中综合商业项目各阶段设计工作超过15年,亲身见证商业地产开发的演变。本文针对持有型、集中型综合单体进行研究,从功能、消防、结构、机电、品质、成本、效益几个方面进行概述总结。

There are many types of comprehensive commercial projects spawned by urban construction,under different economic conditions,different urban energy level backgrounds,and different development backgrounds.The author has been engaged in the design of centralized and comprehensive commercial projects at various stages for more than 15 years,and has personally witnessed the evolution of commercial real estate development.This article investigates the holding and centralized integrated monomers,and summarizes the functions,fire protection,structure,mechanical electricity,quality,cost,and benefit.
