Research on Engineering Quality Management of Petrochemical Construction Project

石油化工项目具有工艺流程复杂、建设难度大、事故后果严重等特点,给建设工程质量管理提出了极高的要求。本文尝试从项目质量策划、设计、采办、施工四个维度,探索新形势下石化项目建设质量管理具体路径。

Petrochemical projects have the characteristics of complex process flow,difficult construction,and serious consequences of accidents,which impose extremely high requirements on the quality management of construction projects.This article attempts to explore the specific path of construction quality management of petrochemical projects under the new situation from the four dimensions of project quality planning,design,procurement,and construction.
