随着我国经济的发展,城市用水量逐渐加大,为了更好地满足人们日益增长的生产及生活给水需求,城市供水工程建设的投入不断增多,给水管道作为城市供水工程建设的主要部分,建设的覆盖密度也逐年增加,给水管道工程投资大,整个工程建设各阶段影响造价的因素多,因此,为了控制工程造价,从项目立项决策阶段起直至竣工结算阶段全过程均应进行造价管理与控制,确保工程投资效益最大化。

With the development of economy in China,urban water consumption has gradually increased.In order to better meet people’s increasing demand for water supply for production and living,the investment in urban water supply projects has been increasing.Water supply pipelines are the main part of urban water supply project construction.The coverage density of construction has also increased year by year.The investment in water supply pipeline projects is large,and there are many factors that affect the cost of the entire project.Therefore,in order to control the project cost,cost management and control should be carried out from the project decision-making stage to the completion and settlement stage,so as to ensure the maximum benefit of project investment.
