摘要 高等教育改革在高质量发展背景下不断深化,高校内涵式发展和人才战略的实施促使普通高校薪酬体系逐渐成为关注人才流动的焦点。因此,人力资源管理部门需要根据相关基本原则加强薪酬体系的构建,着重从薪酬评估、绩效激励、分类付薪和长期性福利方面完善薪酬体系,保障优化高校薪酬管理,促进学校发展。 Higher education reform continues to deepen in the context of high-quality development.The connotative development of colleges and universities and the implementation of talent strategies make the salary system of ordinary colleges and universities gradually become the focus of attention to the flow of talents.Human resource management departments need to strengthen the construction of the salary system according to relevant basic principles.,Focusing on improving the salary system in terms of salary evaluation,performance incentives,classified salary and long-term benefits,ensuring and optimizing the salary management of colleges and universities,and promoting the development of schools.
