远程教育教学模式现状及发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Distance Education Teaching Mode

远程教育教学模式的发展促进了教育的公平化、多样化、个性化和终身化,基于对当前国内外远程教育教学模式的对比,分析远程教育领域内的师生信息沟通、优质资源开发、教学模式改变、课程标准与评估、资金与技术等问题。结合当前天津开放大学的招生、办学特色、人才培养目标、教学模式现状,从提升教师素养、激发学生学习热情、探索优质资源、创新网络教学内容、技术支撑与经费支持等方面,提出相应的对策与建议,以促进天津开放大学远程教育的可持续发展。

The development of distance education teaching mode promotes the development of fair,diversified,personalized and lifelong education.Based on the comparison of current distance education teaching modes at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the core problems in the field of distance education,such as information exchange between teachers and students,high-quality resource development,teaching mode change,course standard and evaluation,and fund and technology.Combined with the current situation of enrollment,school running characteristics,talent training objectives and teaching mode of Tianjin Open University,this paper then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving teachers’quality,stimulating students’learning enthusiasm,exploring high-quality resources,and innovating network teaching content,technical support and financial support,so as to promote the sustainable development of distance education of Tianjin Open University.
