Learners,teachers and education managers are indispensable as the three parties in distance education.In distance education,these“three parties”have their own characteristics and different roles.Under the background of“Internet plus”,we should make full use of new network technologies to explore the essential functions of the“three parties”in online education,improve their digital literacy,and utilize intelligent distance education platforms to give play to the characteristics and advantages of modern distance education.
