摘要 高职院校承担着培养高素质技能人才的任务。当代高职大学生具有乐观开朗、理性平和、积极向上的良好心态,整体心理健康水平较高,但也有少数学生存在环境适应能力不强、人际关系较差、耐挫折能力较弱等心理问题。因此,有必要基于人本主义理论,从多元化教育教学体系、品牌化实践活动体系、专业化咨询服务体系、系统化预防干预体系、规范化平台保障体系等方面,构建高职院校心理健康教育体系,全面提升高职院校大学生的心理健康水平,将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。 Higher vocational colleges undertake the task of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Contemporary higher vocational college students have a good mentality of optimism,rationality,peace and positive progress,and their overall mental health level is relatively high.However,a few students have psychological problems such as weak ability to adapt to the new environment,poor interpersonal relationship and weak ability to withstand setbacks.Therefore,based on humanistic theory,it is necessary to build mental health education system in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of diversified education and teaching system,brand practice activity system,professional consulting service system,systematic prevention and intervention system and standardized platform guarantee system,so as to improve the mental health level of higher vocational college students and fulfill the fundamental task of building moral integrity and cultivating people.
