摘要
某火电厂近几年来供应进厂的燃煤较紧张同时煤种也严重偏离了设计煤种,锅炉的燃烧稳定性和抗干扰能力较差,投轻柴油稳燃频率和用量较大影响了电厂的安全经济运行,距离该电厂3.1公里处有一焦化厂,通过利用气煤、肥煤、焦煤、瘦煤配成的炼焦用煤在炼焦炉中经高温干馏后,产出焦炭和大量焦炉煤气,而焦炉煤气是炼焦过程中产生的副产品,但是一种清洁的二次气体能源,可以将焦炉煤气引入电厂燃烧以提高燃烧稳定性。为探索焦炉煤气在燃煤锅炉中的掺烧与运用,文章以某300 MW火电电厂煤粉炉为例,通过焦炉煤气输送系统、焦炉煤气锅炉掺烧系统、锅炉燃烧器改造、掺烧试验和实践,成功实现了常规煤粉炉掺烧焦炉煤气,并进一步实现了多燃料耦合掺烧,提高了电站锅炉运行经济性和资源综合利用效率,降低了发电成本,具有较好的推广意义。
in recent years,the supply of coal into the power plant is relatively tight,and the coal type is also seriously deviated from the design coal type.The combustion stability and anti-interference ability of the boiler are poor,and the frequency and consumption of light diesel oil are relatively large,which affects the safe and economic operation of the power plant.There is a coking plant 3.1km away from the power plant,which uses gas coal,fat coal,coking coal and lean coal for coking Coke and a large amount of coke oven gas are produced after coal is retorted at high temperature in coking furnace.Coke oven gas is a by-product produced in coking process.However,as a clean secondary gas energy,coke oven gas can be introduced into power plant for combustion to improve combustion stability.In order to explore the co firing and application of coke oven gas in coal-fired boiler,this paper takes a 300 MW coal-fired boiler as an example,through the coke oven gas transmission system,coke oven gas boiler co firing system,boiler burner transformation,CO firing test and practice,successfully realizes the co firing of coke oven gas in conventional coal-fired boiler,and further realizes the multi fuel coupling co firing,which improves the operation efficiency of power plant boiler Economic and comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources,reduce the cost of power generation,has good promotion significance.
