摘要
1台500 kV高压电抗器发现乙炔超标,经多次跟踪监视,发现增长趋势明显。开展了该台电抗器的在线与离线油色谱和油中微水测试、重症监护系统数据分析、振动测试分析、电抗器返厂内检和深入分析,确定乙炔超标原因为铁心压紧系统压紧力不足,运行过程中铁心饼带动上铁轭振动,导致高抗振动异常,同时上铁轭与短片间存在接触不良,造成间歇性低能放电。
A 500 kV high-voltage reactor was found to exceed the standard of acetylene.After many follow-up and monitoring,it was found that the growth trend was obvious.Carried out the online and offline oil chromatogram and micro water test of the reactor,data analysis of the intensive care system,vibration test analysis,internal inspection and in-depth analysis of the reactor,and determined that the cause of the excess acetylene was the compression of the iron core compression system Insufficient force,the iron core cake drives the upper iron yoke to vibrate during operation,resulting in abnormal high vibration resistance.At the same time,there is poor contact between the upper iron yoke and the short film,resulting in intermittent low-energy discharge.
