Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Wisteria Leaves by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 为优化超声波辅助提取紫藤叶总黄酮工艺,以紫藤叶为实验材料,以紫藤叶总黄酮提取率为考察指标,选择料液比、乙醇体积分数、超声波时间、超声波温度为考察因素,采用正交实验对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,紫藤叶中总黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇溶液体积分数为60%,料液比为1∶40,提取时间为70 min,总黄酮提取率为1.74%。最佳提取工艺稳定性好,可用于紫藤叶中总黄酮的提取。 In order to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from wisteria leaves,taking wisteria leaves as raw material,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from wisteria leaves as the index,the ratio of liquid to material,volume fraction of ethanol ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature were selected as the factors to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction process from wisteria leaves was as follows:ethanol volume fraction 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶40,ultrasonic time 70 min,the verification value of the total flavonoid extraction rate was 1.74%.The optimal extraction process has good stability and can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from wisteria leaves.
