摘要
为充分利用废弃豆皮资源,扩大果胶生产的来源,本实验利用超声波辅助酸法从大豆种皮中提取果胶,采用单因素实验探讨了料液比、pH值、超声时间、超声功率、提取时间对果胶提取得率的影响,采用正交试验确定大豆种皮果胶最佳的提取工艺为料液比1∶14(g/mL)、pH值2.50、超声时间30 min、提取温度75℃、提取时间120 min,得率为9.07%。本实验通过超声波辅助酸法提取大豆种皮果胶优化实验,为解决大豆种皮果胶工业化生产做前期基础实验。
In order to make full use of waste soybean hulls and expand the sources of pectin production,this experiment used ultrasonic-assisted acid method to extract pectin from soybean seed hulls.The effect of material-liquid ratio,pH,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and extraction time on the extraction rate of pectin was investigated by single-factor experiment,and the best extraction process of soybean seed hull pectin was determined by orthogonal test as material-liquid ratio 1∶14(g/mL),pH 2.50,The extraction time was 30 min,the extraction temperature was 75℃,and the extraction time was 120 min,and the yield was 9.07%.This experiment was carried out to optimize the extraction of soybean seed coat pectin by ultrasonic-assisted acid method and to do preliminary experiments to solve the industrial production of soybean seed coat pectin.
