摘要
微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cell,MFC)能够将有机物的化学能转化为电能的装置。在降解废水中的有机物及对重金属进行氧化还原过程中产生电能,其输出的电信号可以直接反映电化学活性微生物的新陈代谢活动并能实现在线监测,因此MFC在环境生态修复和生物传感器领域中迅速发展。本文简述了MFC在生态环境修复和在环境监测中的研究进展,并对其发展前景作了分析和讨论。
Microbial fuel cell(MFC)is a device that can convert the chemical energy of organic matter into electrical energy.Electric energy is generated during the degradation of organic matter in wastewater and the oxidation and reduction of heavy metals.The output electrical signal can directly reflect the metabolic activities of electrochemically active microorganisms and can realize online monitoring.Therefore,MFC is rapidly used in the field of environmental ecological restoration and biosensors.This article briefly describes the research progress of MFC in ecological environment restoration and environmental monitoring,and analyzes and discusses its development prospects.
