海绵来源真菌Talaromyces stipitatus代谢产物研究

摘要 对采自广东湛江附近海域的海绵中分离到一株海洋真菌Talaromyces stipitatus的次生代谢产物的化学成分进行了研究。通过凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱(PTLC)、反相高效液相色谱等分离方法,从其发酵提取物中,应用现代波谱技术(核磁共振技术、紫外等)分离鉴定了9个单体化合物的化学结构,分别为:pestalopyrone(1),6,8-dihydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin(2),6-(4-hydroxybutan-2-yl)-4-methoxy-2H-pyran-2-one(3),1-deoxyrubralactone(4),orsellinic acid(5),terphenyllin(6),3-hydroxyterphenyllin(7),clavatol(8),(22 E,24 R)-5α,5α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(9)。 Cultivation of the fungal strain Talaromyces stipitatus,which was isolated from the sponge sample collected from the costal area of the Zhanjiang,Guangdong,afforded nine compounds.These compounds were isolated by a combination of Sephadex LH-20,silica gel,and Lobar LiChroprep RP-18 column chromatography as well as the preparative thin layer chromatography.These structures were elucidated mainly based on the analysis of the 1D and 2D NMR,UV as pestalopyrone(1),6,8-dihydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin(2),6-(4-hydroxybutan-2-yl)-4-methoxy-2H-pyran-2-one(3),1-deoxyrubralactone(4),orsellinic acid(5),terphenyllin(6),3-hydroxyterphenyllin(7),clavatol(8),(22 E,24 R)-5α,5α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(9).
