摘要
海洋石油工程在深水中作业时,往往需要用到FPSO这种集生产、储油、卸油为一体的海上浮式生产储卸油装置。庞大的船体上部坐落着上万吨的模块,上部模块与船体之间从刚性连接逐渐修改为球形支座,极大地减少了上部模块与船体之间的弯矩、剪力,有效解决了有害应力难以释放的问题。本文通过介绍海洋石油领域FPSO上球形支座的结构形式,以及项目建造中的安装方法和其自身的优缺点,为以后类似项目建造中球形支座的使用提供理论依据。
When offshore petroleum engineering works in Deep Ocean,the floating production,storage and unloading device of FPSO is often needed.There are tens of thousands tons of modules on the huge hull.The rigid connection between the upper module and the hull is gradually modified to spherical bearing in the later stage,which greatly reduces the bending moment and shear force between the upper module and the hull,and effectively solves the problem of difficult release of harmful stress.This paper introduces the structural form of spherical bearing on FPSO in offshore oil field,its detailed installation method and its own advantages and disadvantages in the construction of an FPSO project,so as to provide theoretical basis for the use of spherical bearing in the construction of similar projects in future.
