焊缝宽度对不锈钢金属纤维毡焊缝力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对LZ5W2型双复网纤维毡进行电阻缝焊试验,分析不同焊缝宽度对接头力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着焊缝变宽,焊接接头强力和延伸率逐渐提高,搭接头侧HAZ折弯次数明显增加,而搭接头对侧HAZ折弯次数变化不大。当焊缝宽度为8 mm,搭接余量在1~2 mm时,可实现纤维毡的高质量焊接,焊缝接头力学性能最优。 Resistance seam welding test was carried out on LZ5W2 double mesh fiber felt to analyze the influence of different weld widths on the mechanical properties of the joint.The results showed that as the weld width increases,the strength and elongation of the welded joint gradually increases,and the number of HAZ bending on the lap joint side increases obviously,while the number of HAZ bending on the opposite side does not change much.When the weld width is 8 mm and the overlap allowance is 1~2 mm,the high quality welding of fiber felt can be realized,and the mechanical performance of the weld joint is optimal.
