摘要
污水处理过程复杂,不确定因素多,而国内污水处理厂的运行大多基于经验,在实操过程中不仅耗费大量人力、物力及财力,同时还存在水质超标的风险。利用活性污泥动力学模型对污水处理工艺的处理效果进行仿真模拟,可以在虚拟条件下调试污水处理工艺的不同运行工况,寻求合适的优化措施。采用这种方法可节省改造实际调试时间并能有效降低出错风险,对污水处理厂的运行管理与节能降耗具有重要指导意义。
The sewage treatment process is complex with many uncertain factors,and the operation of domestic sewage treatment plants is mostly based on experience,which not only consumes a lot of human,material and financial resources in the practical operation process,but also has the risk of water quality exceeding the standard.Using the activated sludge kinetic model to simulate the treatment effect of sewage treatment process,we can debug the different operation conditions of sewage treatment process under virtual conditions,and seek the appropriate optimization measures.This method can save the actual debugging time and effectively reduce the risk of error,which has important guiding significance for the operation management and energy saving of sewage treatment plant.
