摘要
为避免场地遗留污染物造成环境污染和经济损失,预防和控制用地在开发利用过程中对环境和未来接触人群身体健康造成影响,本研究以福建省某工业用地为研究对象开展土壤环境调查。针对场地水文地质特征、场地利用特征和潜在的污染物特点,识别场地的污染特征;依据相关导则、方法及标准,采集检测土壤和地下水样品。研究结果表明,该地块历史工业生产活动对该地块土壤的影响是可控的,该地块不属于污染地块,其土壤环境质量能够满足项目地块未来作为商住综合用地开发建设的需求,后续无需开展土壤环境详细调查及风险评估工作。
In order to avoid environmental pollution and economic losses caused by site residual pollutants,and prevent and control the impact on the environment and the health of future exposed people in the process of land redevelopment and utilization,this study took an industrial land in Fujian Province as the research object to carry out soil environment investigation.Identify the pollution characteristics of the site according to the hydrogeological characteristics,site utilization characteristics and potential pollutant characteristics of the site.According to relevant guidelines,methods and standards,soil and groundwater samples are collected and tested.The research results show that the impact of historical industrial production activities on the soil of the plot is controllable.The plot is not a polluted plot,and its soil environmental quality can meet the needs of the development and construction of the project plot as a comprehensive commercial and residential land in the future,There is no need to carry out detailed soil environment investigation and risk assessment in the future.
