摘要
以大型客机发动机吊挂保险销原材料15-5PH沉淀硬化不锈钢为研究对象,依据材料规范AMS5659对固溶态15-5PH原材料进行热处理,分别对不同温度热处理后材料进行圆棒材料拉伸试验,通过曲线拟合获得了热处理温度对材料屈服强度、抗拉强度、损伤起始塑性应变及断裂塑性应变的影响规律。分别对不同温度热处理后材料进行剪切试验,研究了不同炉批次15-5PH材料剪切强度的影响。结果表明:热处理温度升高造成材料内残余奥氏体增加,材料屈服强度、抗拉强度、剪切强度均逐渐降低,但材料的塑性变形能力增强,损伤起始塑性应变及断裂应变均逐渐增加。
15-5PH precipitation hardening stainless steel material which is generally used for large passenger aircrafts’engine pylon fuse pin is studied in this paper.Different aging heat treatments are performed according to the material specification AMS5659 and tensile tests are performed.Based on experimental data fitting,the temperature influence law to the material yield strength,tensile strength,damage initial plastic strain and fracture plastic strain are obtained.The volatility of shear strength in different batches of furnaces is studied,and the influence of different aging temperature on the shear strength of materials is also studied.The result shows that with the increase of the aging temperature,residual austenite content in the material increases gradually,the material yield strength,tensile strength,shear strength decreases gradually,but the plastic deformation,damage initial plastic strain and fracture strain are gradually increasing.
