国家层面着力提升高校科研育人体系。紧扣立德树人根本任务融入教育各环节的目标任务,阐述国内大学科研育人的主要观点,探讨新时代高职院校科研育人存在的新情况,尝试运用战略管理工具分析高职院校科研育人的宏观环境,提出坚持和加强党的领导、以“双高计划”为发展指南、科研价值取向和科研育人平台与时俱进等工作策略,以期促进高职院校充分发挥鲜明特色,进一步实现高质量发展。

At the national level,efforts is made to improve the system of scientific research and education in colleges and universities.Closely follow the fundamental task of integrating the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people into all aspects of education,this paper expounds the main viewpoints of scientific research education in domestic universities,and discusses the new situation of scientific research education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,attempts to analyze the macro environment of scientific research education in higher vocational colleges by using strategic management tools,and proposes to adhere to and strengthen the partys leadership,take the“High-level Higher Vocational Colleges”as the development guide,and make scientific research value orientation and scientific research education platform keep pace with the times to give full play to their distinctive characteristics and further achieve high-quality development.
