摘要
疫情常态化正在深刻影响国计民生,餐饮业运营是面对压力较大的社会问题。20世纪80年代是“餐饮人用双脚迈开了城市改革的第一步”,而今餐饮业又历史地承担着社会民生改革深化的重任。减少浪费和社会保险机制是疫情常态化下中国饮食民生建设的重点。当代餐饮人的觉悟与责任可以归纳为十个要点。
The normalization of the pandemic control and prevention is profoundly affecting the livelihood in the country,and the people's meals and catering operations are the social issues facing the greatest pressure.In the 1980s,"catering practitioners took the first step of urban reform with their feet",and now the catering indus⁃try has historically taken on the heavy responsibility of deepening social and livelihood reforms while,waste re⁃duction and social insurance mechanisms are the focus of China's food-related livelihood construction under the normalization of the pandemic control and prevention.The awareness and responsibility of catering practitioners of the times can be summarized in ten points.
