微螺钉种植体支抗治疗Angle氏Ⅱ类牙颌畸形的疗效及安全性

The efficacy and safety of micro-screw implant anchorage in the treatment of Angle's Ⅱ dental deformity

目的:探究微螺钉种植体支抗治疗Angle氏Ⅱ类牙颌畸形的疗效及安全性。方法:2018年3月-2019年12月收治Angle氏Ⅱ类牙颌畸形患者84例,根据不同治疗方式分为两组,各42例。参照组开展常规支抗治疗;研究组开展微螺钉种植体支抗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后上齿槽座角(SNA)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后下齿槽座角(SNB)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组上颌第一磨牙位移量低于参照组,上中切牙凸距变化量、上中切牙倾角变化量均高于参照组,治疗时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用微螺钉种植体支抗治疗Angle氏Ⅱ类牙颌畸形,可提升疗效,降低不良反应发生率,对改善牙颌情况有积极效果。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of micro-screw implant anchorage in the treatment of Angle's Ⅱ dental deformity.Methods:From March 2018 to December 2019,84 patients with Angle'sⅡdental malformation were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The reference group carried out conventional anchorage treatment.The research group carried out micro-screw implant anchorage treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the sella nasion A point angle(SNA)and ANB plane angle(ANB)of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sella nasion B point angle(SNB)between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The displacement of the maxillary first molar in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the change in the convex distance of the upper central incisor and the inclination angle of the upper central incisor were higher than the reference group,the treatment time was shorter than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of micro-screw implant anchorage to treat Angle's Ⅱ dental deformity can improve the curative effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have a positive effect on improving the dental and jaw condition.
